Score flat sexy abs poolside with this yummy Party Girl Diet Flat Belly Smoothie Recipe featured on KHON Wake Up 2day live made with plain, fat-free greek yogurt, frozen fruit (or fresh) and *coconut water:

Combine the following ingredients in a blender:

1/2 cup fat free plain Greek Yogurt (can substitute with your favorite yogurt as long as it has active cultures)

1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango – cubed

1 scoop Whey Protein Powder (no sugar added)

1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated (or ginger powder)

2 – 4 ounces Coconut Water, water, or Calcium Vitamin D enriched Orange Juice. Add more or less liquid as needed to achieve the thickness you want.

Blend well and serve in fun barware ~ garnish with choice fresh fruit ~ Enjoy.
